Since childhood, I liked thinking up and implementing various projects and I always aimed high creating something beneficial not only for me, but also for others. I started doing business as soon as I could. Now I own several companies that are faring well, ranging from manufacture to health industry. In each company I tried to recruit employees, set rules and choose management very carefully so that everything could work well without me. When making these decisions, I realised that recruiting key employees is actually most important, while I find this work interesting and it gives me satisfaction. This way I got to headhunting and coaching not only my employees, but also other managers and company owners who wanted to pass on the responsibility of managing their companies. There is nothing like getting things done.
